Day 1: London to Cape Town
Fly overnight from the UK to Cape Town.
Day 2: Cape Town
On arrival into Cape Town you will collect your family hire car and drive into the city, heading to the V&A Waterfront where you will spend 4 nights at the Lawhill Luxury Apartments in a Two Bedroom Apartment.
A luxury home away from home the apartments are excellent for families and only a short walk away from a host of restaurants, the Cape Town Aquarium, Long Street and the shops of the V&A Waterfront. Includes a “Stay 4 pay 3” Special
Days 3-5: Cape Town
Three full days to explore this incredible city! We highly recommend taking one of the best coastal drives in the world along the Cape Peninsula, stopping at Boulders Beach for some penguin spotting.

Day 6: Cape Town to Hermanus & the Whale Coast (2 hour drive)
Driving 2hrs south towards to the Whale Coast your base for the next 3 nights will be the family friendly, owner run gem called the Blue Gum Country Estate, staying in a Family Mountain View Cottage.
Anton and his family really look after their guests and it’s the perfect rural setting to let the kids run wild.
Days 7 & 8: Hermanus & the Whale Coast
Two days to explore the Whale coast and enjoy the estate. Activities in the area include whale watching in season (June to December), diving with the great white sharks, boat tours, river cruises, horse-riding and wine-tasting in the many vineyards of this area.
Day 9: Hermanus to the Panorama Region
Head back to Cape Town airport this morning, you will fly directly to KMIA Kruger Airport where you will collect your new family hire car and drive 1 hour to Sabie, one of the gateways of the incredible Panorama Region.
You will spend 2 nights in a family chalet at Bohms Zeederberg Country House, a lovely owner run guesthouse with a beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere.
Day 10: Panorama Region
Full day to explore the Panorama Region and enjoy the breathtaking mountain vistas of the Blyde River Canyon!

Day 11: Panorama Region to the Kruger
Following one of Dawn’s sumptuous breakfasts you will drive approx 3hrs to the Timbavati region of the Kruger heading to Kambaku Safari Lodge where you will end your family adventure with 3 nights of Big 5 safari in their family suite.
In a nutshell – family friendly, intimate, nature focused and offering incredible game viewing.
Days 12 & 13: Safari in the Kruger
Two full days of exiting game viewing in this predator rich wilderness. Catering for families the lodge offers child friendly game drives and walks, as well as educational games to keep those little rangers busy during their safari.
Day 14: Kruger to the UK (via Johannesburg)
Following a final morning game drive and breakfast you will drive 3.5hrs back to KMIA Kruger Airport for your short flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you will connect with your International flight back to UK.
Day 15: Home
