Once we receive your completed form, we’ll work out who has the best experience to design your holiday. This will be your Sundowner Travel Consultant. They will look through the details you’ve provided and will aim to be in touch within 24 hours. In most instances, we like to chat through what you’re looking for before we pull together a detailed, personalised quote.
Your personalised quote will include information on flights, hotels, tours, experiences, transfers as well as why we think this particular design works for you. It’s all wrapped up with some great ideas and some more about why Sundowner Holidays are so highly rated. We’ll aim to call you a day after you’ve received this so that we can talk through the quote, hear your feedback and, if you’re ready, book your holiday for you.
All you need to confirm your holiday is a deposit. We’ll keep you updated before you go away with access to a helpful Travel Portal that has lots of country information and, of course, we’re here to talk through any questions you may have at any time.
Your final balance is due 2 months before you travel. And 2 weeks before you set off, your Travel Portal will be updated with confirmed transfer and tour times as well as any etickets.
When you get back, we’d love to hear how it all went, get a sneaky peak at some photos and maybe a video or two! And of course, it’s well known that the best way to face coming back from a wonderful hoiday, is to start planning the next one.
