Today you will drive into the heart of the historic Anglo-Zulu Battlefields for a 3 night stay at Fugitives’ Drift Guest House.

Enjoy twice-daily ranger-led game drives through the diverse landscapes of Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park in search of the Big Five alongside cheetah, endangered wild dog, giraffe, zebra and abundant birdlife. As Africa’s oldest proclaimed game reserve, Hluhluwe iMfolozi is renowned for its rich conservation history and excellent wildlife viewing, offering an authentic safari experience within beautiful rolling hills and acacia woodland.

Following a morning safari and breakfast, drive approximately two hours north to the remote Elephant Coast where you will spend 4 nights at Thonga Beach Lodge.

Set on an untouched stretch of coastline within a protected marine reserve, Thonga Beach Lodge is one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most special coastal retreats, combining barefoot luxury with exceptional conservation experiences both on land and in the ocean.
