#1 Holiday design
We are lucky enough to have travelled far and wide. It's our job and also our passion ... sourcing brilliant properties, guides, drivers, experiences and chatting to people on the ground. And that makes holiday design much easier. In designing a holiday for you, the main learning for us is about you - what you're looking for, the type of properties you like, the type of holidays you enjoy most and more. We combine that information with our travel knowledge to design your holiday, from recommending the best-suited properties that have a great reputation to ensuring the logistics make the most of your time away. We chat to people on the ground, source availability, hold flights, and pull all the elements and costs together into an exciting personal holiday package.
Once we've nailed the design, we pull together a beautiful looking personalised itinerary to send to you. We'll talk it through with you and then we can tweak and re-tweak but, ideally, if we've been doing our job well, this will be the point at which you book.

#2 Once you've booked
It's fantastic when you book - all sorted. We take all the admin on. We take-on the currency risk, make reservations requesting specific rooms or special touches from key partners, book flights, pay suppliers in a multitude of currencies. We know the best rooms to book, even which side of the airplane you should sit on. We're here to answer any questions you may have regarding your holiday from luggage to what to pack. As your holiday draws nearer, we will pull together your final travel documents, country information, phone numbers and tickets. If you're on a self-drive trip we'll provide you with driving directions too.
#3 Whilst you're away
Away you go! Our partners on the ground will ensure you are very well looked after. Our guides and drivers are brilliant. We use the guides that speak the best English, vehicles that have purring engines and drivers that will get you where you need to be at the right time without crazy driving (even in India!). And in the unlikley event that you need assistance, we also have a 24 hour emergency helpline based in the UK. Rest assured that we have the experience and contacts to be there for you.
#4 Home already
Back home after an exciting holiday. We love to hear from you whilst your holdiay is still fresh in your mind. Talk through your highlights, the people you met, the sights and sounds. Your feedback is super important. And if you're feeling a little low to be back in the UK, we can always start planning your next trip. Designing holidays for repeat clients, whom we tend to know very well, is a dream!

The camps we stayed in were extremely well run and comfortable, and the guides were excellent. They made sure we also got to see many of the rest of the wildlife of the region – everything from amazing numbers of Impala, Giraffe, Elephant, Zebra, lions, Cheetah and Leopard, and even Wild Dog that we had hoped to see but doubted we would be so lucky!
Tanzania
FANTASTIC! It was the most incredible experience. We loved the variety that you had planned for us, from the rainforest in Andasibe to Isalo which was stunning (the hotel was really special). Ifaty was also a really interesting place but the piece de resistance was definitely Anjajavy. We thought we had died and gone to heaven! The honeymoon package was wonderful but the best part was Cedric and his passion for the environment. Another aspect which we were thrilled by was the quality of the guides. A special thanks for the guide in Isalo and Ifaty – I think he was called Sedeer. He was so knowledgeable and good company.

The trip itself was very well organised and ran incredibly smoothly, something which is not always achievable in East Africa! The partners they work with in Tanzania are of top quality: the guides, accommodation, connections, transport and itinerary were really well thought through and of good quality.

We travelled in India for 21 days and every guest house we were booked in was excellent. The cars which picked us up were nice and clean and drivers and guides were good. The Indian counter parts Periplus could not do enough and at every stage we were met with their representative who made double sure that all our needs were met. Highly satisfied.

We had a self-drive holiday to KwaZuluNatal which was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can thoroughly recommend this part of South Africa. The people encountered were delightful and we are already thinking about a return visit.

My friend and I have returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia organised by Liam. The team on the ground, in both countries, were excellent- tour guides, drivers, hotel staff. All in all, a wonderful experience which we would both highly recommended.
