From the minute we checked in at the Emirates desk to the minute we landed back in the UK, everything was perfect. Our accommodation was WOW, our transfer drivers and trips were WOW. I don’t want to share where we stayed because they were so special and if we want to go back, I don’t want to find them unavailable!!!

We had an amazing time.  Everything was brilliant (even the baboon leaving a gift on the bed in the Serengeti!). I think Nick’s highlight was the lion cubs.  I loved all the safari, but seeing the turtles hatch in Pangani was truly awesome. All the accommodation was exactly what we had hoped for.  I hadn’t realised we would have a tent on our first night as well.

The organisation and services was perfect especially at Impala Selous Camp which we loved. In particular the friendliness of the staff and the competency of our guides. The mix of jeep, boat and walking was an excellent way to mix up safari and see more of the fauna and flora. And what about taking a breakfast in the bush, incredible!!!

The first thing we do is to understand you & your holiday wish list & let you know our ideas as well as the low-down on specific areas or hotels. By the end of the consultation I’ll have formed a clear insight into what will make your ideal holiday. I tend to chat through ideas with colleagues & contacts overseas before pulling together an itinerary to send to you for us to chat through. If needed, I’ll go back to the drawing board to tweak and refine. Once you’re totally happy, we will require a 15% deposit to secure the holiday for you. Then I’ll confirm all your hotels, book experiences and tours. Final balance is due 2 months before travel. And 2 weeks before you leave I’ll pull together a beautiful travel pack to send to you.

Excellent holiday. Spoilt totally at both our lodges. The guide, Andreas was outstanding in knowledge of not just wildlife but also culture, politics and history of the people. He managed his trackers to best advantage and discreetly. Great to be able to view wildlife on foot, on boat and canoe. Staff and locals determined that we saw as much as possible. Endlessly patient and willing to tell us about their lives and country.

Your agents in Botswana were outstanding. The elephants at Chobe were a particular favourite – could have watched them for hours. This trip was everything we expected – and much more!

Namibia was exceptional and up there with the best places we have ever been in the world. Highlights were Etosha National Park, Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon, Kalahari Red Dunes and the drive from Fish River Lodge to Luderitz.

The selection of accommodation was exactly what we would have chosen from colonial Elephant house to coastal Lavender Manor. The fab boutique hotel in Cape Town was a great location for New Year celebrations and the trip to Franschoek and the winelands fabulous, not just the wine hic hic but the journey there and the spectacular scenery on the drive over.
