Flatdogs: Game sightings were very good, too, although we had just one brief lion sighting in 3 full days (4 nights). We got very good compensation in the form of several leopard sightings (6 leopards on the best night drive!), as well as other animals. The safari tents in Flatdogs were very good, too, and the Treehouse was gorgeous. Food was also very good and the staff very friendly. Guides were very knowledgeable and experienced.

Great trip! Highlight was the seal kayaking followed by the 4×4 dune driving from Walvis Bay to Sandwich Harbour. Awesome recommendation!

Our holiday was truly amazing. The itinerary was superb. Lake Manze was an experience that we’ll never forget. Having elephants eating their lunch feet from where we sat our veranda was an unbelievable sight. On our final night at Manze lions were prowling around the tents which was pretty frightening but awesome. Unguja was off the scale – Ralph and particular Elies were superb hosts and the location activities and accommodation were second to none. The trip of a lifetime and a fitting way to mark 25 years of marriage!

Superb honeymoon – everything was taken out of our hands so we could completely relax. The quality and detail of accommodation and safari were perfect.

Everything worked like clockwork, making life easy, excursions energetic and fun – the total experience has made me want to return to Zambia. We loved the lodges you chose … all very different from each other which made it fun.

Mana Pools in particular was fantastic and I’d place Ruckomechi as probably our best experience in 12 years of African travel. Everything about the camp was first class and the scenery and wildlife superb.

The trip was awesome…we loved the camp, the view was amazing and we found that every trip into the Masai Mara we saw something new (except for the infamous leopards!).

We have just arrived back after the most incredible road trip around South Africa. Jo organised everything perfectly for us, we didn’t want to come home. We would even go to say it was our best ever holiday and we have been to some lovely destinations. The whole holiday was just perfect in every way.
