Fly overnight to Yogyakarta.

Upon arrival on day 2 you will be transferred to the peaceful plains of Borobudur, where you’ll stay for 2 nights at the Plataran Heritage Borobudur with breakfast included. Blending colonial elegance with Javanese warmth, this resort sits just minutes from the temple and offers serene views over rice paddies and forested hills.

Rise early on day 3 for a private sunrise visit to the awe-inspiring Borobudur Temples Compounds, a 9th-century marvel. Later, travel by horse cart through the quiet lanes of Candirejo village, meeting locals making cassava crackers and farming their crops. A beautiful introduction to rural Java!

This morning, head towards the slopes of Mount Merapi for a scenic downhill cycle through the countryside and villages. After a stop for lunch, continue on foot to the ancient Prambanan Temples for a guided tour of this UNESCO-listed Hindu complex. You will then continue to Yogyakarta where you will spend 2 nights at The Phoenix Hotel with breakfast included. This hotel is a grand colonial building full of 1920s charm.

On day 5, pedal through the heritage quarter of Kotagede, famous for silverwork and timber homes. Taste a traditional Kotagede cookie, enjoy lunch with a local family, and later you will be taken to explore the city’s thriving street food scene on a guided evening tour.

Fly to Flores via Bali and on arrival, you will be transferred to Sudamala Resort, Komodo to spend 1 night with breakfast included. Perched on the coast near Labuan Bajo, Sudamala Resort Komodo blends modern luxury with traditional Indonesian design and offers easy access to Komodo National Park. 

On Day 7, you will be transferred via speedboat to Sudamala Resort, Seraya for 3 nights with breakfast included. A tranquil barefoot‑luxury retreat on white sands where pristine reefs, barefoot beach villas and reef‑side snorkelling create an immersive tropical hideaway.

You will now have 2 full days at leisure. Spend your days snorkelling and exploring the house reef, or grab one of the complimentary kayaks or stand-up paddle boards to explore further. Join a boat trip and go island hopping, or book on to a guided tour to see more of the surrounding area. Or simply, enjoy some down time on the beach or by the pool.

Return to Bali via speedboat and transfer inland to Ubud, where you’ll spend 4 nights at Wapa di Ume Ubud with breakfast included. This retreat is wrapped in jungle and rice terraces and is a wonderful hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Bali.

On day 10 you’ll enjoy a tour of Ubud! Begin your Balinese immersion with a blessing from a traditional shaman, followed by a hands-on cooking class at an organic farm-to-table restaurant. You’ll learn how to prepare classic dishes using local herbs and spices, before sitting down to a feast. In the afternoon, unwind with a traditional Balinese massage, and finish your day with a visit to Ubud’s sacred Monkey Forest and a stroll through the vibrant market stalls.

Your day starts with a gentle trek through Tegalalang’s emerald rice terraces, as you follow quiet village trails through this iconic Balinese landscape. Continue to the volcanic region of Kintamani for panoramic views of Mount Batur and a local lunch overlooking the crater lake. In the afternoon, visit the sacred waters of Tirta Empul and the rock-carved shrines of Gunung Kawi before returning to your boutique hotel in Ubud.

Day 12 is yours to relax or explore at your leisure. Wander Ubud’s markets, sip coffee above the jungle canopy, or unwind by the pool.

On day 13, journey west into the hills, visiting Lake Bratan’s floating temple and the lush gardens of Mengwi before arriving in Seminyak for 3 nights at The Kayana, a sleek pool-villa retreat set back from the beach, with breakfast included.

Begin with a day trip to the Bukit Peninsula, where you’ll descend by funicular to a hidden beach club for lunch and sea breezes. Visit Uluwatu Temple, dramatically perched above the waves, then toast the sunset near Padang Padang Beach with a cold drink as surfers ride their last sets. Your evening ends with an Asian-fusion tapas dinner under the stars.
