DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: UK to Siem Reap
Fly overnight from the UK to Siem Reap

Day 2: Siem Reap
On arrival you will be taken into Siem Reap where you will spend 2 nights at the Shinta Mani Angkor, a luxury hotel in the centre of Siem Reap. You will have the rest of your day at leisure to explore Siem Reap – head to pub street for some great places to eat and to try some authentic Cambodian street food!

Day 3: Siem Reap
Today you will be collected for your full day tour of Siem Reap and the Angkor Wat Temple Complex. You’ll start by heading to the fascinating ancient city of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire. You’ll visit the Bayon Temple and the wonderfully overgrown Ta Prohm, also known as ‘Tomb Raider Temple’. In the late afternoon, you will head for the highlight: the magnificent Angkor Wat. This evening, you will have the chance to enjoy a performance of ‘Phare, The Cambodian Circus’ – a combination of acrobatics, dance and other skills. Day 4: Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
Today you will be taking a short domestic flight to Phnom Penh, where you will be staying at The Bale for 2 nights. Located just outside of the city, The Bale is a prefect oasis for tranquillity and comfort. You will then have the rest of your day to explore at leisure and enjoy some delicious evening street food in Phnom Penh!

Day 5: Phnom Penh
Today you will enjoy a private tour of the city, visiting the royal palace, national museum and the sobering Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Housed in a former school, it was taken over by the Khmer Rouge and used as a torture centre named ‘S-21’. A moving, but important visit that allows you to understand Cambodia better.

Day 6: Phnom Penh to Kirirom National Park
Today you will be privately transferred to Kirirom National Park, where you will meet with the team from the Shinta Mani Wild – a luxury tented camp boasting 400 acres of land with private zip-lines and a pool, combining world class design, hospitality and conservation. Head to the arrival zip-line tower – there are 2 zip-lines and a sky-walk you can take down to the landing zone where you will be met with a welcome drink. You’ll be staying here for 3 nights.

Days 7&8: Kirirom National Park
Two days filled with activities exploring the 3 National Parks near the Shinta Mani Wild (Kirirom, Bokor and Cardamom). Enjoy treks to waterfalls, kayaking along the river, zip-lining in the camp, working with local rangers, boat expeditions and more.

Day 9: Kirirom National Park to Koh Russey
Today you will be transferred back to Phnom Penh where you will check in for a short domestic flight to Sihanoukville. Days 10-12: Koh Russey
Three full days to spend relaxing on the beach and enjoying the magnificent island sunsets. Or head on walks through the jungle or along the private 1.2 km beach, shaded by native coconut and iron wood trees. The crystal clear waters off the beach provide a safe and private spot for great snorkelling and water sports. For those keen to explore more of this southern coastal region of Cambodia, hailed as the new Cambodian Riviera, trips to the mainland (10 minutes by free boat shuttle) offer stunning countryside, peaceful towns and fascinating glimpses of local life. Day 13: Koh Russey to the UK
Today you will be transferred to Phnom Penh to check in for your flights to the UK.
