SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day 1: UK to Manila
Take an overnight flight to Manila, via Dubai. 

Day 2: Manila
On arrival in Manila this morning, you will be met and privately transferred 20 mins to spend 1 night at The Henry, a hidden gem amid the lively atmosphere of Manila. Once you’ve checked in, you can spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before setting off on your adventure tomorrow. 

Day 3: Manila to Banaue 
Today you will fly over to Cauayan, where on arrival you will be met and transferred privately for approximately 4hrs to Banaue Hotel where you will spend 3 nights. The hotel is a little basic, but you will be in the middle of the best surroundings of the region. Want some more time in Manila? Talk to us about adding in an extra night where you could kayak to Pagsanjan Falls and visit the Taal Volcano! 

Day 4: Banaue
After breakfast this morning you will board a local jeepney which will take you to a nearby village. From there, you will visit the incredible rice terraces at Batad, and trek to a vantage point so you can take in the views of the terraces in all their glory. You will then continue down to the village of Bangaan, home to the Ifugao tribe who built the rice terraces! Head back to the hotel to spend an afternoon relaxing by the pool after a busy day. 

Day 5: Banaue to Manila 
Head off the beaten track today to visit the hidden rice terraces of Mayoyao! This area is not heavily populated with other travellers, and you’ll be met with stunning views, plenty of trekking opportunities and small farming communities. After this unique tour, you will be privately transferred for approx. 4hrs back to Cauayan Airport, where you will take a flight back to Manila to stay in The Henry for one night. Day 6: Manila 
Today is a full day to explore the bustling capital city of the Philippines. Walk through Intramuros, the walled city, home to famous landmarks such as Fort Santiago, Manila Cathedral and Casa Manila. Or, Rizal Park is a peaceful urban park named to honour José Rizal, the Philippines national hero, and features a memorial to him, ponds and ornamental gardens! 

Day 7: Manila to Bohol
After checking out of The Henry you will be taken back to Manila Airport and catch a flight over to Bohol. You will be collected and taken on the short 10 min drive to the tranquil Amorita Resort where you will spend your next 3 nights. 

Day 8: Bohol 
Today you will be taken on an island tour, stopping off at some of the major highlights in Bohol. Starting at the iconic Chocolate Hills, you will then head over to the bee farm and tarsier sanctuary and, if you’re feeling active, head off on a short forest walk! 

Day 9: Bohol
Today you will explore the ocean surrounding Bohol. Head out on the search for dolphins – there will be plenty of chances to snorkel and swim with turtles, as well as learning all about the local fishing culture. Fancy something different? Day 10: Bohol to Cebu 
This morning you will be collected from Amorita Resort and taken to the ferry port for your boat journey across to Cebu. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred approx.30 min to the Shangri-La Mactan Resort where you will stay for 1 night. Once you’ve checked in, the beach is a 5 minute walk away from your hotel or there is a range of activities available such as beach Zumba, a snorkelling safari or yoga! 

Day 11: Cebu to El Nido 
After a day relaxing on Cebu, you will be taken to Cebu Airport to catch your flight over to El Nido, Palawan. From there you will take a ferry to Miniloc Island to spend 3 nights at Cauayan Island Resort, a luxury resort and an escape to paradise! Day 12&13: El Nido 
Two full days to relax in paradise. You could go on a forest hike around your hotel, take kayaks out on the ocean, go snorkelling to get close to the life underwater, enjoy a sunset cruise on board an authentic Filipino boat, or join an island hopping tour arranged by your hotel. 

Day 14: El Nido to UK (via Manila)
This morning you will bid farewell to Cauyan Island Resort as you are privately transferred to El Nido airport to catch the short flight to Manila.
