Sri Lanka Entry Requirements
Sri Lanka has been open to UK tourists since February 2021. You do not need to be double vaccinated to enter Sri Lanka.

Before you travel to Sri Lanka you will need to:

• Purchase mandatory Sri Lanka COVID-19 Insurance coverage online. This Sri Lanka COVID-19 Insurance has a coverage of USD 75,000 including cover for hospitalized treatment for COVID-19 infection.
• Obtain a visa. This is an easy online process that takes approx. 48 hours and is sent by email.
• Complete a simple (1 page) health declaration form
• Have proof of being fully vaccinated
• Over 12 & not fully vaccinated? You will need to take a PCR test within 72 hours before travel or a lateral flow test within 48 hours before travel

Fully vaccinated? On arrival in Sri Lanka you will be free to travel throughout the country. Contact us on 01273 923100 to chat through different holiday options.

Fully vaccinated but travelling with children that are not fully vaccinated?

• Unvaccinated under 12s are free to travel.
• Children aged 12-18 are considered fully vaccinated if they have had a single does of the Pfizer vaccine.
• Unvaccinated over 12s will need to take a PCR test or lateral flow test before travel.

To return to the UK you will need to:

• Complete a UK Passenger Locator Form – this can be completed online
• If not fully vaccinated, organise a PCR test to be completed before day 2
