SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day 1: UK to Manila
Take an overnight flight to Manila, via Dubai. 

Day 2: Manila
On arrival in Manila, you will be met and privately transferred 20 mins to spend 1 night at The Henry, a hidden gem amid the lively activity of the capital. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool or head out into the city to explore – we recommend walking through the walled city of Intramuros, an area packed with heritage and key landmarks such as Manila Cathedral and Casa Manila. Day 3: Manila to Banaue
Today you will be transferred back to Manila Airport and take your flight over to Cauayan. On arrival you will be met and privately transferred for approximately 4hrs to Banaue Hotel where, on arrival, you will spend 3 nights. The hotel is basic but comfortable, and you will be in the middle of the best surroundings of the region. Want some more time in Manila? Talk to us about adding in an extra night to explore.

Day 4: Banaue
After breakfast this morning you will be collected and transferred in a local jeepney to a nearby village. From there, you will trek to a view point so that you can admire the incredible Banaue rice terraces in all their glory. You will have the chance to take some photographs before trekking down to the village of Bangaan, home to the Ifugao tribe who built the rice terraces into what you see today! There will be the chance to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, before you are taken back to the hotel to spend the rest of the day at your leisure. 

Day 5: Banaue 
Head off the beaten track today as you are taken to explore the hidden terraces of Mayoyao. With plenty of trekking opportunities, this area is still fairly undiscovered by other travellers, so you’ll be met with breath-taking views of this unique scenery, as well as small farming communities. 

Day 6: Banaue to Manila 
Today you’ll be transferred back to Cauayan to catch your short flight over to Manila where you will have one more night at The Henry. The rest of the day is yours to spend how you want – take some time to relax by the pool or maybe take a stroll through José Rizal Park, a historic urban park created to honour the Filipino hero José Rizal. Day 7: Manila to Puerto Princesa  
After breakfast you will be privately transferred to Manila airport, fly over to Puerto Princesa, and on arrival you will then be transferred 2-3 hrs to the luxury resort Daluyon Beach & Mountain Resort, where you will spend the next 2 nights on one of the best beaches in Palawan. Have the rest of the day to enjoy at your leisure. Your hotel has kayaks and paddle boards available to rent, or if you want some down time, head to the beach or stroll through the gardens. 

Day 8: Puerto Princesa 
Today you will be transferred by your driver to the Sabang Boat Terminal. From there, you will move on to a boat and take the short journey to explore Puerto Princesa National Park, home to the incredible Underground River – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered to be one of the natural wonders of the world. Enjoy the spectacular views with your local guide on board, and keep an eye out for all of the different stalactites as you move through the cave!  

Day 9:  Puerto Princesa to El Nido
This morning you will head out on the ocean to look for dolphins – the perfect way to start your day! After, you will take a 6 hour transfer to El Nido to the Miniloc Resort where you will stay for 5 nights. The Miniloc is tucked in a cove with a backdrop of limestone cliffs, making it a truly unique place to stay! Settle in to your new surroundings this evening after the journey.  

Day 10-13: El Nido
Four days in paradise! There are plenty of opportunities to snorkel around your hotel, or go kayaking to take in the views of this stunning island at your own pace. Relax on the beach by your hotel, or head out on a boat for one of the many island hopping tours available in El Nido. Like the sound of island hopping? Day 14: El Nido to UK (via Manila)
This morning you will bid farewell to Minloc Resort as you are privately transferred to El Nido airport to catch the short flight to Manila. On arrival in Manila you will connect with you international flight back to the UK. Welcome Home!
